For cancellations or no-shows, the following rules apply:
If the customer did NOT exchange the TMTC coupon for a Sunmex Vacations Voucher, TMTC can refund 100% of the cost of the tour. The customer must write in and request the refund.
Once the customer has exchanged the TMTC coupon for a Sunmex Vacations Voucher, Sunmex Vacations will decide if they will refund any money. The customer must send in a written request (to TMTC address) for the refund AND the customer MUST return the Sunmex Vacations Tour Voucher.
Children under the age of 8 are not allowed. A paying adult must accompany children between the ages of 8 and 11. No pregnant women allowed. No jewelry and one-piece swimsuits are recommended.

Just 20 minutes away from Playa del Carmen, the wide, long and isolated beach which is surrounded by nature, makes you feel like you are in paradise. You will find the best snorkeling in the area at Maroma Beach while swimming among tropical fish and experience the magic of coral formations. Sail on the trimaran and if weather permits, fly the spinnaker. Tour is not recommended for children who are not good swimmers. Tour is not handicapped accessible.
