The Avalon Excalibur Acapulco is well equipped to organize business meetings, seminars, conventions, banquets and/or social events. The hotel offers three ballrooms that can accommodate 10 to 450 persons.
The Acapulco ballroom, located on the top floor of the Hotel, offers a spectacular view of the city and the Bay. This ballroom can be broken down into 3 independent sections. The Acapulco Ballroom is the perfect setting for a wedding or a larger social event.
In addition, we have the Plaza Ballroom and the Paradise Ballroom, ideal for business meetings. The Hotel offers rental of audiovisual equipment and the highest level of quality service that you deserve.
